Our story

30 years of field expertise, translated into batteries.

Since 1996, two generations of entrepreneurs in Provence: Alex Grandclaude (plumbing-heating in 1996, SIPECC in 2012 with photovoltaics), then Julien Grandclaude (AJ Solar 2022, pure-play PV). In 14 years of photovoltaics, the team has seen every battery generation: from lead to low-grade lithium, from cheap entry-level to over-budget European brands.

In 2026, after 4 years selling market batteries at AJ Solar, we decided to create our own brand: AJ Power. Designed in Velaux (France) based on our field experience: 6,000 cycles, LiFePO4, smart BMS, built-in DC breaker.
