Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between LiFePO4 and NMC?
LiFePO4 (Lithium iron phosphate) is more thermally stable, doesn't catch fire, and offers 2 to 3 times more cycles than a standard NMC battery. It's the reference chemistry for residential stationary storage.
How many batteries can I connect together?
The entire range supports up to 16 units in parallel: P15 (240 kWh), P30 (480 kWh), P45 (720 kWh). Coupling is done via the built-in BMS and CAN/RS485 communication.
Are the batteries compatible with my inverter?
Yes, the entire range is compatible with the main hybrid inverters on the market: Victron, Solis, Deye, Growatt, GoodWe. CAN/RS485 communication. If in doubt, contact us with your inverter reference.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?

Duration: 10 years or 6,000 cycles — warranty ends at the first milestone reached.

Performance: the battery retains at least 80% of its nominal capacity throughout the warranty period.

Product: brand-new replacement in case of manufacturing defect during the warranty period.

Beyond that, the battery continues to operate normally (≥ 80% retained capacity). The built-in BMS logs cycles and capacity for full traceability.

Can I install the battery myself?
Technically yes, but the installation must comply with standard NF C 15-100 (LV installations) and guide UTE C15-712-3 (photovoltaic installations with battery storage connected to the grid). Grid connection can only be done by a QualiPV qualified installer. We recommend going through one of our certified partner installers.
What's the real lifespan?
6,000 cycles at 80% DoD, or about 15 to 18 years of normal residential use (one cycle per day). After 6,000 cycles, the battery still retains ≥ 80% of its initial capacity.
